Eating a lot of sugar usually leads to diabetes. Eating too much sugar leads to many diseases that should even prove themselves fatal. Today i will be showing you some signs that indicates that you are eating too much sugar.

One of the most common sign of sugar is Fatigue. Sugar is full of empty calories you do not get a whole lot of it. The crashing feeling can lead to a lack of energy and can hinder your ability to be active long-term.

Sugar is full of non-nutrients and they immediately get stored in the body fat pocket. It can mess with your metabolism in addition to making you less active. Your Pancreas has to work harder to keep blood sugar levels healthy but if you overload it constantly weight gain is a very realistic possibility.
There is no protein or fiber filled sugary food, so you are consuming things that will not add any muscle and will not speed up your metabolism.

3.CAVITIES
Pretty simple put, sugar is terrible for your teeth. It can lead to gum diseases , discoloration , and an increase in cavities even if you think you care of your teeth. Eating too much sugar ruins the cycle of Saliva naturally cleaning the mouth leading to cavities.
4. Excessive Thirst
The body loses out on fluids when blood sugar levels are too high. The Hypothalamus assesses your level of dehydration, then sends a signal to the brain to create thirst. Fluid loss can also result in dry mouth.
5. Blurred vision
High blood sugar level result in dehydration, which can effect your vision. This state is called myopia or hypermetropia. When the body is dehydrated , the cells in the cell starts to deform. They lose their ability to focus properly, causing blurred vision.
